Pricing and Engagement Models

We appreciate all our customers, regardless of the size of their business. We do respect all requests we receive and we are always strive to find the most suitable solution for our customers.

Moreover, in addition to our experience working with larger clients, we pay special attention to needs of small and individual customers. We believe that it is very important to maintain reputability across a broad audience by delivering quality and appropriately priced services to all our partners.

In general, we propose the following engagement models, and are flexible to discussing options which include variations or combinations of these models to suit the individual needs of each of our customers.

• Fixed Price. (Fixed budget and deadline. We cover all project risks.)
  We promise to deliver a well defined product within a fixed timeline. We allocate required resources (developers, project managers, QA, other specialists as needed) to the product and constantly provide clear and detailed information about progress. All risks are ours, deliverables include completely implemented, ready and tested product. If the product requires cooperation with other teams and/or services which are out of our control, we break the contract into smaller parts, each of which has its own guaranteed timeline.
  Usually we assist in creation of a product specification, delivering our experienced product and technical consultants.

  This type of contract is best suited for those customers who want to get guaranteed deliverables in a fixed time frame.

• Time and Costs. (Budget is measured in person hours)
  We supply our customer with all required management, product, design, technical, network and QA resources on demand. The list of the resources which can be requested by a customer as well as expected availability is defined in advance. Usually our contract includes caps (maximum allowed budget allocations), which we can’t surpass without direct agreement from the customer.

  This type of contract is best suited for situations where our customers don’t need full time resources but still want to keep access to qualified professionals or when internal technical teams need to support for short time (generally less than 3 months).

• Dedicated Team. (Budget is measured in person months)
  Our customers create their own team of resources by selecting from our professionals based on required qualifications, taking full control over project progress. The resources allocated work full time and are completely dedicated to the project.

  The dedicated team option is the most popular and allows our clients to build the team they need, efficiently teach them the business needs, requirements and organizational specifics, and fully integrate them into the client’s workflow and processes. Dedicated teams usually are not available for projects shorter than 3 months.
